November FLEW by!!

I can't believe November is over! Where did it go?! I swear it was just my Birthday the other day :) Which by the way, it was the BEST!! Jordan, Sophs and I went up to Park City and spent the night and went shopping at the outlets! It was so fun! Thanksgiving was great, like usual. This year we did something different and we all ran/walked the 5K in Draper. It was the Human Turkey Race. Even the kiddos came and ran/rode in strollers :) I think we are going to start this to be a Oldson Tradition. So we will see next year! Well Christmas came early for me, this Black Friday I was looking for a great camera deal and I found one! So Merry Christmas to me! I got a Cannon Rebel XS and I Love IT!!! I am so excited to learn more about it and to take great photos. I can't believe its Christmas already, but we are excited to celebrate this special time of year. This year its the Adams Christmas but we are so lucky to have Jordan's parents come up here and have Christmas in UTAH! :) So we are looking forward to be with all the family. 1st modeling job!

Sophie is the cutest girl/cow in the whole wide world! :) My friend's sister n law was looking for a baby model to model this cute cow costume for her boutique. So Sophs wore it and she pulled it off pretty good, don't you think? She is just dang cute!! I love her to death! I can't believe she is 3 months now! Its crazy how time flies!

I just wanted to express my love I have for my sweet baby girl! I love her so much and I am so grateful to my Heavenly Father who sent her down into our family. It wouldn't be the same without her. We love her so much and I am so grateful to be her mom! Everyday I just look at her and think you are mine and we "made" you and that has to be the best feeling ever! I am so grateful that Heavenly Father trusted me and gave me a opportunity to be a mother which I have ALWAYS wanted to be! It has been what I thought it would be like and MORE!! I love it and I just love Sophie so much! She is doing things everyday that just make me laugh or smile. Just last night I went and bought her a mobile to put in her crib and I was putting her to bed and I turn it on thinking she would fall asleep looking at it and listening to it and I went in 25 min's later to check on her and she was still looking and smiling at the mobile! :) lol That was the best $1o I have ever spent! She LOVES it! So anyway, I noticed that she wasn't going to go to sleep anytime soon with it on, so I turned it off and kissed her goodnight once more. 2 min's later I heard her crying so I went in and pick her up and she just gave me the BIGGEST smile EVER and just started cooing at me and so I held her close and just rocked her. 2 Min's later she fell asleep in my arms! :) I just love that feeling that all she wanted was her mom and to get loves to go to sleep! Last night she hit her record. Instead of 7 to 8 hours sleep she slept 9 1/2 hours straight!!! She is such a great sleeper and I love it! I just love her so much and everyday I am thankful to my Heavenly Father for sending her to our family! We love you Sophia!




Just a little note...
Yesterday was her 2 month check up and don't worry she is in the 98% centille for her weight and 88% for her height! She is our chunky monkey, I just love her. lol She also had her first set of shots.. she didn't like them :) But she was great and is happy as ever now!

Firsts...

I have been a slacker at blogging Sophie's Firsts and all the fun adventures we have been up to. So I figured I better start, First of all last Sunday which was August 31st. was a special day for our family. Sophie was blessed! Jordan gave her a beautiful blessing and it was a perfect day! We spent the day eating and hanging out with the family. Sophie has not only gained weight, which by the way she is now 14 pounds, but she has had a lot of firsts in her 7 weeks of life! She has gone to the pool, hiked with mom and dad, gone to her first Giant's game, flew for her first time, been to her first birthday party,sat in her bumbo and is smiling lots! I have not yet got a picture of her smiling, but she does and she is stinkin cute! Here are a few pictures of some of her firsts and her blessing day! I just love this girl!!!

Time Flies By!!

Where is the time going?! I can't believe how big Sophie is getting. I want her to stop growing. :) I am enjoying the time I have to be home from work and to be with Sophs. I just love her so much. I couldn't imagine my life without her. She brings so much joy into our family. We are just loving every min. She is now 5 weeks old and she still loves to sleep and sleep! As a 5 week old baby she has already been our her first airplane ride to California. She loved it! :) She did awesome. She went to her first GIANTS game. Loved it! :) and she has started talking and just being so cute. She loved being in Cali and loved seeing Nona and Papa. We went down for Jordan's sisters wedding. It was super fun and it was a great wedding. We are so glad we were able to fly down there and be there for Jessica. She looked so beautiful and happy. Here are a few pics from our trip.
